The Description of the Listing:
Any comments you want to display along with Listing. Brokers may use limited HTML wich includes but is not limited to bold, italic, underline tags. Also linking tags, lists, buttons and other useful pieces of HTML.

Text:

To make a word or series of words bold suround desired text with . For example Apples will yield; Apples.

To make a word or series of words italicized suround desired text with . For example Apples will yield; Apples.

To make a word or series of words underlined suround desired text with . For example Apples will yield; Apples.

You can combine tags as well ... Apples
will yield; Apples.

More @ w3schools.

Links:
To create a hyperlink you can use the tag. When text is surrounded by this tag, it will be an "anchor" and can receive attributes that will execute specific operations. One common and useful attribute is the "href" attribute. When implemented it looks like:
New York Times Real Estate will yield;
New York Times Real Estate
More @ w3schools.

Lists:
Lists are VERY useful HTML objects that can take many forms. The most common is the unordred list. There are a couple of tags required to create a list, and it's items. First you must open a
, you then create list items with

, and finaly close the list with
. So a sample list may look like...

Apples

Peaches

Pears

Bananas

This would render in a browser like this...

 • Apples
 • Peaches
 • Pears
 • Bananas

Text Alignment:
To center align a block of text please use:
your text here

To right align a block of text please use:
your text here
